Why We Exist

HPRA was founded out of lived experience: the relentless reality of stalking, coordinated harassment, and disinformation. What began as a personal fight to protect privacy has become a collective mission to help others.

We envision a future where privacy rights are upheld with the same seriousness as physical safety; where victims of digital crimes have clear pathways to justice; where students gain career‑building experience; and where people can participate online without fear.
